PRE-SEASON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club Pre-Season Strength and Conditioning program is a comprehensive 10 to 12 week session that covers important components of physical training, including strength and power development, speed-quickness, agility-conditioning, flexibility, nutritional guidance, and other important information. Our goal is to maximize the athletic potential of each student-athlete by promoting physical development, fostering athletic skills, and preventing injuries while teaching the value of physical fitness and overall wellness.

Fee Structure:

 - There are no registration fees
 - Weight room fee: $1.25 per visit
 - Developmental meet entry fees: Ranges between $15 - $40 per meet
